Dudley House Completes

Our new mixed-use development within the Paddington Basin for Westminster City Council, Dudley House, has completed.
Comprising of 197 affordable homes, a new-build secondary school for 840 pupils, the re-provision of a church and new retail units, the project enriches and delivers a social structure to predominantly commercial Paddington, alongside providing the addition of much-needed affordable homes within the borough.
Part of Westminster’s ‘City for All’ programme, Dudley House was delivered in collaboration with the Local Authority, construction specialist Willmott Dixon and Currie & Brown.
