Villiers House – Planning success for new Ealing Broadway Station Parade

Child Graddon Lewis has received planning permission for its proposals for the northern end of the Ealing Broadway Station parade, including upgraded retail units and a grand entrance to the landmark Villiers House office block. This will form an important part of the new-look Ealing Broadway Station redevelopment and was developed through close collaboration with Crossrail, Ealing Council and Network Rail. The Ealing Broadway parade now has the potential to become uniformly upgraded and given a visual and profitable uplift, tied in with a much improved important transport node which will benefit the local community as a whole.
