Westmead Topping Out
On Tuesday this week we celebrated Westmead topping out.
With leader of Westminster City Council and ward councillor, Cllr Adam Hug, and cabinet member for regeneration, Cllr Matt Noble, we were thrilled to celebrate the Topping Out of Westmead. Along with the Development Team from Westminster City Council, and the Willmott Dixon Construction Team, we marked this occasion with a ceremonial pouring of the roof slab concrete on what was a beautiful spring afternoon.
Westmead is a 100% affordable housing scheme for Westminster City Council designed to achieve AECB CarbonLite sustainability standards providing a low-energy building, minimising bills for future residents.
Westmead will provide 65 homes including family homes and homes for the borough's key workers. The scheme follows on from successful schemes working with Willmott Dixon to deliver homes to meet Westminster's Fairer Housing commitments at 300 Harrow Road and Dudley House
