Kensington Town Hall

Located in Kensington Town Hall, this modern customer-focused facility makes maximum use of space to provide a high level of service to the diverse local community.

Child Graddon Lewis won the invitation to tender for the refurbishment of the new Customer Service Centre for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Located on the ground floor of the Town Hall building, the space is well suited to for easy access by the community it serves. Approximately 10,760 sqft (1000 sqm), the design is innovative and inspirational offering diversity and flexibility, but remaining sympathetic and respectful to Sir Basil Spence’s original design which was completed in 1977.

The design of the Customer Service Centre implements maximum use of the space efficiently and functionally. This new and modern facility, with a bright, open and airy atmosphere provides an environment that meets the needs of people from a diversity of social and cultural backgrounds.
