300 Harrow Road Awarded Best Development Property Week’s RESI Awards
Delighted that our mixed-use project at 300 Harrow Road was awarded Best Development (under 350 homes) at Property week’s RESI awards. A hugely prestigious award, amongst a shortlist of excellent schemes. Delighted for our client Westminster City Council and fantastic to share the moment with James Green, Setareh Neshati as well as Stewart Brundell of Willmott Dixon who delivered the scheme.
The projects demonstrates many of things we are passionate about at Child Graddon Lewis. Not least, the importance of placemaking, public realm, housing and the rich mix of commerce and social infrastructure that support thriving neighbourhoods. The scheme transforms the public realm, provides new play space and opens important new routes to the Regents Canal and park.
