Khan and Starmer Visit 300 Harrow Road
It was a privilege to recently welcome the Labour Leader, Keir Starmer, and Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, to 300 Harrow Road, our affordable housing-led scheme for Westminster City Council. The Mayor of London chose his visit to the scheme as the platform to pledge to deliver 40,000 affordable homes across London.
300 Harrow Road is a project we are really proud of - it contains all the components we feel are important to the success of places and neighbourhoods for the long term – low energy, highly sustainable, 100% affordable housing that also includes new nurseries, community and affordable workspaces, all alongside new play, landscape and walking connections to the local canal.
